View Larger Map The Developmental Epidemiology Program is located in downtown Durham, North Carolina at 905 W. Main Street, Suite 22B in Brightleaf Square. Our office is located at the end of the hall, on the second floor in the South Building above Chamas Churrascaria. Visitor parking is located in the gated lot across Gregson Street, and may be validated by the staff of the Developmental Epidemiology Program.

From I-85:
Exit 176A at Gregson St.
Go to 6th stop light at the corner of Gregson and Main.
Brightleaf Square parking will be on your left.

From Raleigh:
Take I-40 West to Research Triangle Park.
Exit 279B at Durham Expressway (147 North).
Exit 12C at Duke St.
Go to 3rd stop light at the corner of Duke and Main.
Turn left onto Main Street.
Brightleaf Square parking will be on your left.

From Chapel Hill:
Take Hwy 15-501 North.
Exit 105A at Chapel Hill Blvd./South Square (15-501 Business).
Go to 5th stop light which is the end of Chapel Hill Blvd.
Turn left onto University Drive.
Go to 3rd stop light on University Drive.
Fork left onto Duke Street.
Go to 4th stop light at the corner of Duke and Main.
Turn left onto Main Street.
Brightleaf Square parking will be on your left.
